Personal de la Policía Judicial de la Subzona Loja, enfocados en reducir la impunidad de la ocurrencia del delito, este 13 de marzo en el circuito El Valle, nor occidente de la ciudad, procedió a la aprehensión en flagrancia de dos ciudadanos, sobre quienes pesa la pesa la presunción de ser los autores de robo a domicilios.
Ellos responden a los nombres de: Carlos C. M. de 38 años de edad, ecuatoriano que posee tres detenciones por el delito de robo, y Alejandro O. V. de 321 años de edad quien no registra antecedentes, los dos oriundos de la provincia de Manabí.
Los prenombrados ciudadanos no supieron justificar la legalidad de los bienes y enseres encontrados en el domicilio citando los siguientes indicios:

05 terminales móviles
02 GLP de 15 kg
115 dólares en efectivo
01 cizalla
12 aves de corral
17 cuyes
Los ciudadanos hoy aprehendidos fueron puestos a órdenes de la autoridad competente, a fin que se resuelva su situación jurídica.
De esta manera la Policía Nacional, a través de la Policía Judicial, demuestra su permanente accionar, en contra de los infractores de la Ley, particularmente de aquellos que se dedican al delito de robo de domicilios; además se recalca que en todos los procedimientos policiales se actúa bajo el estricto cumplimiento de Derechos Humanos.
Los objetos recuperados reposan en la Policía Judicial, donde la ciudadanía puede acercarse a verificar sus bienes, con el debido certificado o título que le acredite su bien.
