Gracias a la gestión del Sindicato de Trabajadores de Federación Deportiva Provincial de Loja, se cumplió este lunes 06 de diciembre del 2021 a las 10h00 en los Salones de Audiovisuales del Departamento Técnico Metodológico, la primera charla dirigida a los trabajadores y empleados de la rectora del deporte, con el tema “Prevención de Riesgos Psicosociales”, con el apoyo del equipo técnico del Ministerio del Trabajo de Loja y la Empresa Kebal Global.
Cristian Portillo, Analista Senior, abarco diferentes temáticas como: la implementación de un programa de prevención, promoción y educación que permita fomentar el bienestar físico, mental, social de los trabajadores en su entorno laboral garantizando una igualdad y no discriminación en dicho ámbito.
Se tiene previsto continuar con el plan de capacitación para la segunda semana de diciembre con el tema “Prevención de Consumo de bebidas Alcohólicas y Sustancias Psicotrópicas.- Calidad de Vida- Cumplimiento Laboral”.
