La Policía Nacional, en coordinación con el talento humano de la Jefatura de Investigación Antidrogas confirmó que, la noche de este 21 de agosto, en el sector de Consacola, noroccidente de la ciudad de Loja, se ejecutó la operación “Olimpo” que concluyó con la aprehensión de dos ciudadanos.
Las tareas investigativas realizadas por los servidores policiales, al verificar y comprobar que Jhonny C. Y. y Jessenia C. M. ecuatorianos de 29 y 42, años de edad respectivamente, estarían involucrados en el delito de tráfico para consumo interno, fueron aprehendidos a la altura del sector de Bolacachi, noroccidente de la ciudad de Loja.
Se menciona que los uniformados al momento de su actuación, revisaron el bolso que llevada la ciudadana, encontrando en su interior un celular y 40 retazos pequeños de fundas plásticas transparentes que alojaban una sustancia polvosa color beige, con un peso bruto aproximado de 38 gramos y seis dólares en monedas; mientras que, al ciudadano en uno de los bolsillos de su pantalón se le decomisó 56 retazos pequeños de funda plástica que contenían similar sustancia, con un peso aproximado de 51 gr.
Se indica que el ciudadano registra dos detenciones por el delito de robo en el año 2022, mientras que, ella estuvo detenida en el año 2020 por tráfico ilícito de sustancias catalogadas sujetas a fiscalización y en el año 2013 por estupefacientes.
Los ciudadanos luego de su valoración médica fueron traslados hasta el Centro de Detención Provisional, a órdenes de la autoridad judicial.
En esta oportunidad el personal de la Jefatura Antinarcóticos de Loja, ha evitado que, 890 dosis aproximadamente, sean distribuidas en la ciudad de Loja, particularmente en los barrios del norte de la ciudad de Loja. Rovin/ Sz/Loja.
