Con el propósito de garantizar un servicio cercano, ágil y eficiente, la Empresa Eléctrica Regional del Sur S.A. (EERSSA) mantiene habilitados sus puntos de atención al cliente y recaudación, tanto en el edificio matriz de Loja como en sus 20 agencias distribuidas en las provincias de Loja, Zamora Chinchipe y el cantón Gualaquiza de la provincia de Morona Santiago.
En estos espacios, el personal especializado brinda soluciones oportunas a las inquietudes y trámites de los usuarios del servicio eléctrico. Entre las solicitudes más recurrentes se encuentran: instalación, revisión o cambio de medidores; solicitudes para acceder a tarifas preferenciales; convenios de pago; actualización de datos; cambio de titularidad; tarifa para adultos mayores; restablecimiento del servicio; requerimientos de alumbrado público, entre otros.
Orlando Espinoza, jefe del área de Atención al Cliente de la EERSSA, resaltó que la entidad cuenta con personal administrativo altamente capacitado, que coordina cada requerimiento con las diferentes áreas internas, “nuestro objetivo es brindar una atención eficaz. De manera permanente capacitamos a nuestro personal en talleres relacionados al servicio al cliente, con el fin de garantizar una gestión integral que responda a las necesidades de la ciudadanía”, señaló.
Espinoza recordó que los canales de información institucional están a disposición de los usuarios las 24 horas del día. A través de las redes sociales oficiales en Facebook, Instagram, X (antes Twitter) y TikTok, así como en la página web institucional (usuario: @eerssaoficial) y el área del Centro de Contacto 136, la ciudadanía puede encontrar información detallada sobre trámites, procesos y servicios gratuitos que ofrece la empresa.
Pago oportuno del servicio
Orlando Espinoza, jefe de atención al cliente de la EERSSA, también hizo un llamado a los clientes a mantenerse al día con el pago del servicio eléctrico, a fin de evitar recargos o inconvenientes, “mes a mes notificamos, mediante mensajes SMS, los valores pendientes de pago. Este proceso depende de la información de contacto que nos facilita el usuario; por ello es fundamental que actualicen sus datos de manera constante, evitando contratiempos en las notificaciones”, puntualizó.
Por su parte, los ciudadanos que acuden a la entidad destacaron la calidad de la atención recibida. Diego Correa, usuario del servicio eléctrico, expresó su satisfacción al señalar que “la atención fue rápida y me ofrecieron soluciones claras a mi requerimiento”. De igual forma, Ana Lucía Namicela manifestó que su trámite fue resuelto sin contratiempos. “Tenía un inconveniente con el servicio de energía y en poco tiempo lograron darme una respuesta positiva”, comentó.
Otros usuarios también resaltaron que en las ventanillas de atención pudieron despejar sus dudas respecto a la tarifa de la dignidad, lo que les permitió acceder a este beneficio con mayor facilidad.
Horarios de atención
La EERSSA mantiene sus oficinas abiertas de lunes a viernes, en horario ininterrumpido de 07h30 a 17h00 en el edificio matriz de Loja. Adicionalmente, los sábados se brinda atención en Loja de 08h00 a 13h00, con ventanillas habilitadas para recaudación y atención al cliente.
En las agencias de atención en las provincias de Loja, Zamora Chinchipe y el cantón Gualaquiza, los horarios son de lunes a viernes de 08h00 a 17h00.
