El Distrito de Policía 01 Loja, este 23 de noviembre como resultado de los permanentes patrullajes preventivos aprehendió a varios ciudadanos por el presunto robo, quienes fueron sorprendidos con los indicios que comprometen su vinculación.
Un primer caso se da en una las calles del barrio Balcón Lojano, centro occidente de la ciudad de Loja, cuando la víctima en horas de la madrugada al tratar de ingresa su automotor al garaje; se le acercaron tres personas sospechosas, lo agreden físicamente y proceden a sustraerse el automotor.
El personal policial luego de ser alertada e ejecutó un operativo en coordinación con las diferentes unidades investigativas y preventivas de manera ininterrumpida, logrando encontrarlo, pasadas las 14:00 del 23 de noviembre, estacionado en la zona céntrica de la ciudad, dentro del mismo se encontraba el ciudadano Darwin S.L. de 25 años, quien no supo justificar la procedencia del vehículo, por lo que se procedió a la inmediata aprehensión del ciudadano por tratarse de un delito flagrante, para luego ponerlo a órdenes de la autoridad competente.
En otro operativo, en el sector de El Valle, centro norte de la ciudad de Loja, se logró la aprehensión de dos ciudadanos por el presunto delito de robo. Los aprehendidos responden al nombre de Marco M.H y Wilson M.H. quienes hoy permanecen a órdenes de la autoridad judicial.
Entre las evidencias encontradas a los aprehendidos están dos carteras, documentos personales, dinero en efectivo, tarjetas de crédito, un celular, un bolso, tipo monedero, más papeles de uso personal y un flash memory.
Al ser sorprendidos, los ciudadanos no supieron justificar la legal procedencia de los objetos, razón por la cual fueron puestos a órdenes de la autoridad competente, a fin de continuar con los trámites legales pertinentes.
