La Policía Nacional a través de la Subzona Loja, informa que, este 21 de octubre, aproximadamente a las 06H50, en el circuito IV Centenario, centro de la ciudad, se ejecutó el operativo “Fugaz” que culminó con la aprehensión de un ciudadano quien fue sorprendido en posesión de sustancias catalogadas sujetas a fiscalización.
Como resultado de las tareas investigativas, se pudo concluir que el ciudadano Marco M. S. de aproximadamente 27 años de edad, estaría involucrado en el delito de tráfico para consumo interno, situación que se comprobó al encontrar bajo el asiento derecho del automotor que conducía una sustancia beige en forma de roca, envuelta en fundas plásticas.
Al realizar el análisis de laboratorio, dio positivo para cocaína, con un peso bruto de 1032 gramos, alojados en funda negra, lo que hace presumir que la droga estaba destinada para su comercialización de manera dosificada a alta escala, en diferentes barrios de la ciudad de Loja.
Se presume que el hoy detenido expendía el alcaloide en: Carigán, Miraflores Bajo, Estadio, Lote Bonito, entre otros y para ello utilizaba un automotor tipo camioneta, la misma que hoy reposa en los patios de retención vehicular de la Policía Nacional. Se menciona además que al momento de su aprehensión llevaba entre sus prendas de vestir un celular y 65 dólares en billetes de diferente nominación.
Con esta aprehensión la Policía Nacional, ha evitado que 10.320 dosis sean comercializadas en diferentes sectores de la ciudad, particularmente en el circuito IV Centenario.
Cabe resaltar que, en el procedimiento se respetó el estricto cumplimiento de los Derechos Humanos; se acentúa además que la labor investigativa se la realiza de manera permanente, a fin de garantizar el orden y la seguridad ciudadana. Rovin R/Sz/Loja.
